The service
Porta is software for running holiday rentals and small hotels, provided by BOKO d.o.o. These terms apply to every account and to this site.
Accounts and plans
An account is opened by Porta for the host. Plans, their prices and their contents are listed on the pricing page; a paid plan can be paused for up to six months and moved up at any time.
Payments from guests
Guests pay the host, on the host's own Stripe account. Porta is not a party to that payment and takes no fee from it. Stays brought by the destination sites carry a 2% commission, charged monthly after the guest leaves.
The host's duties
The host is responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability and guest details, for registering guests and paying tourist tax, and for the texts on their site and portal.
Changes and the end of an account
We tell hosts about changes to these terms by e-mail before they apply. A host can close the account at any time and take their data with them.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law.
