Every channel, one calendar.
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo and Agoda read your prices and free dates from Porta. A booking on any of them closes the dates everywhere else.
A booking on one channel closes the dates on all the others.
- 01
One price list for all
Set the price once in Porta and every channel gets it, with its minimum stay and restrictions.
- 02
Calendars by iCal too
A listing that is not connected directly can still sync busy dates by iCal, every hour. An overlap with a real stay is flagged, never overwritten.
- 03
Bookings arrive complete
Guest, dates, price and channel land on the reservation, ready for the portal, eVisitor and the invoice.

Questions. What hosts ask before they start.
Which channels can I connect?
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda and Google, and any other calendar by iCal.
Can the same night be sold twice?
No. The database itself refuses a second stay on the same nights of the same unit.
Do I stop using the channels' own extranets?
You can keep them, but change prices and availability in Porta, so every channel shows the same.
Is iCal enough?
For one or two listings it can be. iCal moves busy dates only, no prices and no guest details, so a direct connection is safer as you grow.
