    A guest books on Booking.com. Airbnb and Expedia already know.

    Every channel and your own site work from one calendar, so the nights close everywhere the moment someone books them. No double bookings, nothing to close by hand.

  2. 2 · Payment

    The deposit is paid by card, right at booking.

    The money goes straight to your Stripe account, with no one in between. How much is paid now and how much later is up to the property.

  3. 3 · Messages

    The guest writes in German. The message arrives in English.

    Adriana translates the message and suggests a reply from your price list and house rules. One click and the guest gets it in their own language.

  4. 4 · Arrival and departure

    Guests registered, invoice issued, villa ready.

What is Porta?

One system for running holiday rentals: calendar and channels, your own website with bookings, guest messages, a guest portal, eVisitor, payments, invoices and cleaning.

Who is Porta for?

Apartments, holiday homes, villas, small hotels and property managers, from one unit to several dozen.

How much does Porta cost?

Start is free forever. Standard is €9 and Pro €12 per unit a month, and from the tenth unit each unit costs less. The first 14 days are free. No plan limits the number of people on the team.

Can Porta be set up the way my property works?

Yes. Price lists, minimum stays, cancellation terms, the deposit and when the rest is paid, guest messages, the portal and what each person on the team may do are all set per property, by its own rules.

How do guests pay?

By the property's rules: a percentage deposit at booking, the full amount, or payment at the property with a card held as a guarantee. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and guests can also pay the rest in their portal.

How do I get started?

Write to us or ask for a demo. We usually open the account the same working day, and a seven step guide sets up the property, units, prices and minimum stay.

Can I move from another system?

Yes. From Rentlio, Porta imports reservations, daily prices, minimum stays, blocks and property details, and the import can run again until the switch. From any other system we move together with you, without a break in sales.

Which channels does Porta connect?

Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda, Hotels.com and Google, next to your own website, and any other calendar over iCal. There is one calendar, so a booked night is closed everywhere.

Does Porta take a commission?

Not on bookings from your own website and your own channels. Only stays brought by Porta's destination sites, such as hvar.link, carry a 3% commission. Channels and Stripe charge their own fees.

Is there a contract?

No. The plan is paid month by month, a paid plan can be paused for up to six months, and the account can be closed at any time, with all its data.

Where is the data kept?

In the European Union: the app and the database run in Frankfurt, and backups stay in the EU.

What support do you offer?

We set Porta up together, on your property. At hello@porta.link a person who knows the system answers, in English or Croatian, and Pro comes with priority support.
